Martial arts champion Billy Blanks®, the familiar principal of the Billy
Blanks World of Fitness and creator of the Tae Bo® total body fitness
system, is relocating his center to the “Watercourt” mixed use complex in
Westlake Village following his lease of a prime 11,000 sq. ft. ground floor
space, announces Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services. Westcord’s
Lloyd Wertheimer represented Blanks in the five-year lease valued at $1.1
million. Westcord President Tony Principe represented the landlord,
Watercourt Partnership. The Billy Blanks center relocates from Sherman Oaks.

Martial arts champion and creator of the Tae Bo fitness system Billy Blanks
is relocating his center from Sherman Oaks to the Watercourt mixed-use complex
in Westlake Village. Blanks signed the five-year lease for 11,000square feet at
880 Hampshire Road for $1.1million. Lloyd Wertheimer of Westcord
represented him, and Tony Principe represented the landlord, Watercourt
Partnership. Blanks is scheduled to open the center in May.
